Ignite Team Performance (ITP)

Winning teams are vital for progress and performance.

This programme will equip your teams with the skills they need to operate with a higher level of productivity, efficiency and communication.

Leadership Transformation Programme (LTP)

Newly promoted managers don’t always have the skills they need to be an effective and impactful leader. This 1-1 programme has been designed to allow newly promoted managers to step up as transformational leaders.

Upon completion of the programme, your managers will be well-equipped to take their teams to new levels of performance through ethical, compassionate, and transformative leadership.

Internal Career Development (ICD)

One of the key predictors of turnover within a company is whether employees have the opportunity to learn, grow and advance. Studies have shown that 32% of people leave their roles for this reason. While salary is important, only 22% hold it as the key reason for their exit from a role, while 20.2% stated lack of fit to the job, and 17% blamed the management or the general work environment.

Designed for employees who are unsure about their place and future, this programme uses a 3-stage method to help employees identify their next steps within an organisation. A effective way to reduce employee turnover, this process will instil loyalty in high performing employees, transforming them into indispensible assets.

The 3-stage method covers:

  • Regroup – discovering an employees deepest values and how they relate back to the organisation
  • Reboot – Reviewing past performance reviews and uncovering limiting beliefs and thought patterns
  • Reinvent – Developing a clear timeline and step-by-step plan that reveals where their future lies within the organisation

Confidence for Female Leaders (CFL)

The number of women holding the most senior jobs in the boardroom’s of Britain’s biggest companies has fallen – there are now just 30 women in full-time executive roles at FTSE 250 firms, down from 38 in 2017. This accounts for just 6.4% of the total number of executives.

Ambitious women who are highly skilled and talented often don’t live up to their full potential due to a lack of confidence and assertiveness. Suitable for a 1-1 or group setting, this programme will equip the women within your organisation with the interpersonal skills and assertiveness techniques they need to create a positive impact and handle confidence breakers in the workplace.

This programme typically covers:

  • DiSC® leadership profile analysis
  • Developing confidence and assertiveness
  • Building skills of influence and persuasion
  • Identifying and rewiring limiting thought processes

DiSC® Profiling tool

DiSC profiling is a non-judgemental tool used to identify and discuss individual’s behavioural differences. DiSC can help to understand people better, identify communication styles, spot where conflict may arise, and adapt your own style to quickly build a strong report.  It can be used for individual leaders, and discussed as part of a team workshop.

DiSC profiling can help you and your workforce increase your self-knowledge, improve working relationships, facilitate better teamwork, and manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members.
